“Never give up on something you need badly. It’s difficult to wait but more difficult to regret.” To me this is the most powerful motivational quote I have ever found. Failing is absolutely ok. But giving up is not ok after a failure. It is the time you need to push yourself more to your dream. Surviving through failures is a most hard thing to do. But don’t try to escape from problems. Just face them with a motivated mind. If you need something or someone that you can’t spend a day without thinking about, something always pops up on your mind, don’t give up them. If you give up on them one day you will end up with a huge regret. Now let’s see how to motivate yourself when you feel like to give up. 😇

How to stay motivated

Write down your goals 

Write down your goals and draw paths to arrive your goals. Identify the issues of your plans. Try to think in a different way. Writing will help you than just thinking.

Understand why you want to give up, what are the issues that stop you from your reach to destination, why you should continue to your goal, and how you should act. Just don’t think about what others will say and think. 

Don’t compare with others 

Don’t compare yourself with others. It’s totally useless. Don’t be jealous about others. Everyone struggles to live their lives. Everyone faces bad days just like you. 

Find mentors 

It is good to work yourself to reach your dreams. But finding mentors can help you to do it successfully. Take time and talk with them about your identified issues, receive the encouragement.

Think about your way  

Think about how far you have come, how much strength you offered, how much time you spend without a clear plan. 

Take care about yourself 

Work out daily. It will help with good blood circulation and think better. Take time to care for your health. Get healthy mood boosting foods like,
