“Happiness isn’t what you find at the end of the road. Its right here with you and it is a choice”  Sometimes you may feel like happiness is far far away from you and you may feel tired😰, heartbroken💔, miserable😕 and alone😔. But believe me some simple things can give you happiness more than you think. That will teach you enjoying little things in your life and be happy. Happiness is always with you right there. You are the one who should choose it. Now let’s see how can we find happiness in simple little things. ☺️

1.Go for a walk 🚶🏽‍♀️

Go outside and walk in a park or walk along a busy street. Pass a smile to the people while walking, smile is free and it kills negativity. 

Cycling will help you too. 

2.Eat something sweet 🍫

3.Watching the night sky 🌙

A childhood photo album may filled with a lot of sweet memories. Try to awake memories while looking at those amazing photos.

Listening to old songs which remember my childhood is always working on me when I need to be happy. 

Heavy metal music may help with reducing stress and it may help with increase positive emotions also. When you feel sad, you may don’t want to listen to happy songs and you may want something have the same status like yours. Sing along to it, make yourself feel better…
